I've been working with John over the last few years and I couldn't be happier. He is easy to work with and best of all, he gets the job done. A few years ago I had an unexpected unit vacancy that I hadn't been able to fill by Sept 1st and I thought I would be stuck with an empty apartment for the year, then I met John. He not only gets the job done, he checks in periodically to make sure my tenants and I are happy. I never had an agent check on how things are going the way John does. He is very professional and really cares about his clientele and I couldn't ask for more. Worked with Adam from RedTree to purchase a rental property. He is very responsive 7 days out of every week, even replied while he was on vacation. The entire transaction went through smoothly. He also made a good recommendation of a contractor, whom we hired to do some interior work of the place. He did a good job of finding renters for us within a month and a half even when the rental prim season was over. Would highly recommend.
Arthur helped me buy several investments properties seven years ago (a total of 6 units), and they were a complete success. I asked for his help in finding tenants, and over the years there must have been about 15 different tenants. He does such a thorough job selecting qualified people, that I never ever had a problem tenants. Everyone is talking care of the apartment, doesn't bother me with petty problems, and pays on time. I am very busy at my job, and that works for me really well. He is very efficient In preparing and renewing leases. If I have any questions, all it takes is a quick text or phone call, and everything gets resolved promptly. It may sound corny, but he's a landlord's dream!
I have dealt with Arthur from Red Tree Realty since 2007. He has a keen eye for properties that appreciate in value with extrtemely reasonable purchase prices. When we bought our unit in Allston, Arthur promised that it would never go unrented. Over thirteen years later, that promise has been kept.
