Erika grew up in Carlisle, MA, and has lived in Boston since 2016. She went through the Boston undergrad rental experience starting in 2017, and has lived in almost every neighborhood.
She grew her network after college, selling Equinox memberships, where her interest in real estate began. In June of ‘24, she joined Air Communities as a leasing consultant while she worked on getting her real estate license. There, she learned property management and leasing and made the leap to Red Tree in February ‘25.
